Me & the Girls at the famous Rucky Chucky river crossing. Mile 78 of the Western States 100 mile run. Looks like the river will be to high this year, AGAIN!!! We will get boated across. I love to get my legs wet when I cross this at night. It feels so good!!!! Posted by Picasa
I wonder why Andy's so happy??? Could it be because he has two hot chicks in his arms??? Catra, Andy, Michelle Posted by Picasa
Saturday I ran down to Fords bar for a 22 mile run. I was alone and bored. All the other runners ran the canyons which I ran the day before. It was cold & rainy. What happened to Spring??? The sun poked out, behind the clouds, just as I took this shot!!!! Posted by Picasa
Friday me & my friend Julia ran the Canyons on the Western states 100 mile course. This sign is at the top of the climb to Michigan bluff mile 56. i doubt I could climb this sign on race day!!! Posted by Picasa

It's suppose to air on June 7th. I will let you all know for sure, so you can listen. I hope I will see some of you at WST 100 training camp, this weekend. have an awesome day.

20 hours after finishing my Ohlone 100 mile run. looking well rested and happy. It's back to work today. That was my third hundred mile run this year. Next month I will attempt to double Western States 100 mile race. Stay tuned for that adventure.  Posted by Picasa
Happy Ohlone 100 mile finisher :)
I finished in 33:20. I had two awesome pacer's Mylinh & Joe.
I was very lucky it ended up raining the last 4 hours of my run. It was suppose to rain Saturday but I was happy it didn't.
Thanks to Mylinh & Joe for pacing, and my two crew guys Jerry & Mike. Without them it would of been a whole lot harder.

My friend James took this shot. I was sorting gear for my JMT YO YO speed record 2004. July I will again be sorting gear this time for a trifecta. I will link up three trails. The John Muir Trail, Yosemite to Tahoe trail and the Tahoe rim trail. I believe it will be the first time someone has did this link up. I plan on fastpacking the whole thing in 18-21 days. 596 miles, I will have 3 resupply drops. I will be going fast and light. Posted by Picasa

My favorite place to train, Yosemite. I love running up to the top of Half Dome then out to Clouds Rest then back to the top of Half Dome and back down to the Valley. I love the look on the tourons face's when I fly past them on the outside of the cable leading up to the top of Half Dome. I then fly back by on the way down. I spend a lot of time in Yosemite and I feel really at home when I'm there. Soon I will be back to train. Posted by Picasa

Next Saturday all the Ohlone 50k runners will be heading to the top where I'm standing. The top of Mission Peak. I will go over the top of Mission Peak 4 times during my 100 mile run next Saturday. It's going to be FUN!!! Posted by Picasa

Mi-wok 100k went well I PR"d ran 13:22. I also ran Mt. Diablo 50k Sunday very hard double. I asked Sarah the RD if I could run 50k insted of the Marathon or 50 miler. I knew If I tried to run 50 miles it would take me 18 hours. they only give you 16. They were nice enough to let me do 50k. I don't run marathons so that's why I wanted to run 50k. It was hot and I was slow. I just had fun. 93 miles two days 25 hours 22 min. I had an awesome weekend. Posted by Picasa

Running Machine... Yep, that's me. I have been running like crazy. I ran Zane Grey two weeks ago and made it to 44 miles and was pulled because I didn't make the cut off. I was running with a friend and at mile 33 he asked what was the cut-off at mile 44 the aid station guy said 7:30pm. So we had plenty of time. We got there at 6:50 and were told the cut off was at 6:30. I was bummed never missed at cut off before. We were just taking our time because we thought we would make it. I ran it last year and the cut off was 7pm. Lesson learned always read race day instructions. Never ask an aid station worker about cut-offs. It was no ones fault but my own for not reading. I still had fun. Sure I had a melt down and cried. over 200 race's and my first DNF. Posted by Picasa
